As the owner and CEO, Richard manages all executive aspects of EPSG with his partner Brett Sturm. He is also responsible for the ongoing strategic and economic growth of the company. Rich has always had a talent for entrepreneurship, building a host of successful companies prior to his venture into electronic payment solutions.

After graduating SUNY Albany in 1991, Brett started his career in the payment space at MSI. He then formed his first company in 1994, eventually selling his merchant portfolio to Heartland Card Services. Brett worked at Heartland until 2006, when he co-founded EPSG, LLC with his partner Richard Ross.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Joseph graduated from New York Institute of Technology. His background includes over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance. Prior to EPSG, Joseph held positions with the exclusive Plaza Hotel, and Fortune 100 companies like VitaminWater & The Coca-Cola Company. As CFO Joseph is an integral part of our financial management strategy and contributes to the development of the organization’s strategic goals.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
As EPSG’S COO, Matt is responsible for the company’s strategic, operational and organizational processes, including the development, implementation and execution of annual and longer-term strategic, operating and budget plans. With 20 years in corporate roles for publicly traded technology companies, Matt focuses on innovation, product development and technological systems helping EPSG elevate to proving the many innovative platform solutions the company brings to market.
CHIEF SALES OFFICER
As the Chief Sales Officer, Jeff oversees sales strategy and agent relationships for the company while optimizing our sales partners experience. With over 20 years sales expertise, Jeff is heavily involved with recruiting and training both novice and veteran agents.
VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES
As the Vice President of Sales for EPSG, Kevin plays a vital role in the strategy and growth of our sales division. With over 20 years bankcard sales and sales management experience, Kevin also heads up our Austin, Texas office where our recruiting operations as well a secondary support center is housed. Kevin served several combat tours overseas before leaving the United States Marine Corps to work for the U.S. Government in Washington, D.C.
VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING
At EPSG, Greg’s main focus is developing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance and facilitate the way our sales partners do business. Greg has spent the past 30 years growing public and private companies through innovative marketing and branding strategies within the merchant services, financial, technology and media industries, Greg is responsible for all of EPSG’s corporate branding and communications.

Kevin is responsible for the management of the company’s network infrastructure and information systems. He oversees the integration of third-party applications and the development and implementation of new technologies.Previously, Kevin was the Operations Manager for Bizfi, where he supported both direct sales agents and over 200 lead and referral sources
